Hey gang,

I am stepping down as the TCF (Target Communication Framework, a
subproject of CDT) project lead and Martin Oberhuber has been affirmed
by the TCF committers to replace me. Martin O is a huge contributor to
the Eclipse community and a great choice.

Can I have a vote of the Tools PMC on this.
