We've never "enforced" anything
specific. I'd suggest primarily take the easiest way out ... to link your
release materials ... but, if you have the inclination to provide a short
summary, I do know some in the community read them.

Hi PMC,

Looking at the "Release Review" item in the indigo tracker in
the portal,
I stumbled over the field:

  "URL to PMC's Executive Summary (by RC2):"

What am I to enter here? 
I saw that a few projects just linked their docuware. 
However, the explanation speaks a lot about the reviews being coordinated
by the PMC, approval in writing etc.
Is this still relevant?
Anything I should do?
