Thanks for your prompt response and friendly attitude.  This is my first time
navigating the CQ world and it's a little complex.

To put all of this in perspective, none of this is required for a Galileo
release.  It would be nice however I realize that we've missed the deadline. 
I'm trying to get the ball rolling here.  Mylyn may still be able to release a
feature that is not included in the Galileo release train but available via the
Mylyn update sites.

I'm not an Orbit committer.  I've posted to orbit-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx to ask for a
volunteer.
