[tools-pmc] PHP being renamed to PDT

Hello all,

Now that we are changing the name of the PHP project to PDT, there are some housekeeping items that need to be done in order to complete the name change.

The name has been changed in the Foundation database to "tools.pdt." The next step is to change the project website URL, mailing lists, newsgroup, Bugzilla product, etc.

When you have figured out your plan for making those changes, could you please send e-mail to emo@xxxxxxxxxxx and let me know? That way I can track when to expect the changes, so I can make the final changes on my end to support the name change. Thanks.
