Re: [tools-leads] Questions on Kepler release and Tools participation

David,

We consider Photran a part of PTP so it will always be included in a PTP release.

Regards,
Greg

I know we don't send mail to this list often, so hope all project leads still subscribe.

But, I wanted to be sure I had a clear picture of who was participating in Sim. Release
and had some specific questions on status. Don't be insulted if I "missed" your project,
just let me know.

From what I can tell, about half of the Tools Projects are participating, and we
have received review docs for about half of those. (The "due date" for those is
coming up soon, so wanted to be sure everyone was close to done).

Plus, some questions at end about some details for specific projects.
Please reply by Wednesday morning ... just so I (and Doug) know our status
before the Planning Council meeting.

Thanks,

PTP Team:
Is it the case Photran is releasing as part of PTP?

Xtend Team:

  I don't see Xtent in http://projects.eclipse.org/releases/kepler,
but at least some packages are in aggregation builds?! So ... others are using?
I assume they are using an official, previously released version?
  But, some missing about.html files:

Also, I still see a lot of "Tools Projects" showing up with missing about.html files,
or having unsigned content. We are doing RC3 folks ... this sort of stuff should be
correct by now! Can you please report back on what the problem is, when expected
to be "clean"? (Mostly addressed to Linuxtools and PHP, but if others in there, please
reply also.)
