[tools-dev] How to add a custom JDBC Driver to Data Tools Plugin

I have a custom JDBC driver that I want to use with the Data Tools Plugin,
but I cannot find the documentation on where to put my driver jar file
and/or how to register it so the Data Tools Plugin can use it.  Anybody on
this list with a clue?  Please?:handshake:
