[tools-dev] enforcing comments while checking into CVS from eclipse

Hello,
         We are enforcing users to write comments when checking stuff into
CVS. For that
we care using 'verifymsg'
 and 'rcsinfo'
(http://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/current/cvs_18.html#SEC168
, http://www.cvshome.org/docs/manual/current/cvs_18.html#SEC174 ).

It works well with command line and WinCVS but it doesn't work with eclipse.
Can somebody tell me how to enforce filling up a template with meaningful
values?
