[tools-dev] Excluding files within a project

Can someone tell me how to exlude a certain file pattern in any directory
for the project.  I tried adding **/Copy of*.java to my exlusion filters
but that didn't seem to work (I also tried it without the leading **/ with
equal success).  Is there a way to do this or do I have to list each
directory followed by the file pattern?
