This is a mailing list for the discussion of   
tools project related development issues - anything     
pertaining to the tools project.  

While this list is open to the public, it is         
intended to host technical discussions about 
proposed tools, new plans, shared components 
and requirements planning for the tools pmc.

As tool subprojects are created there will typically
be a newsgroup created for users of the tool as well
as developer mailing lists for coordination and 
discussion of that subproject development activities.
Please try to ensure that you are posting to the correct
group.

If you are a user of a tool, questions about that tool
should be sent to the appropriate Eclipse newsgroup
