I will be tagging, building, and capturing RC3 in the next severalhours. Only emergency changes should go into RC4. To quote from ourramp-down plan[1]: "After RC3, at least 2 additional committers mustagree in a vote after reviewing the bug for appropriateness and riskbefore it can be committed."
