[tm-dev] TM Kepler RC1 is available

Our Kepler RC1 contribution has been created from build #904. There were 
many release engineering udpates.
Composite (M5, M6, M7, RC1) repository: 
http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/3.5milestones/
RC1 only repository: 
http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/3.5milestones/RC1/

The commit used to drive the build has been tagged as S3_5RC1

- RC1 includes the Orbit-R build of apache.commons.net 3.2.
- the copyright statements and comments in the features and in the 
branding plugins are set to 2013.
- the update and discovery sites are set to 
http://download.eclipse.org/tm/updates/3.5
- the source features versions now match their runtime counterparts
- the composite features are set to version 3.5
- all the micro versions of plugins and features are set where necessary 
to accommodate these changes

I will be constructing the download site for RC1 this evening.
