I suggest changing the links to point to http://help.eclipse.org/helios/...

It looks like the dsdp.eclipse.org server needs restarting somehow, but I want to retire dsdp.eclipse.org anyways. We don't change api docs so frequently these days so pointing to help.e.o is likely better.
