Hi Marc,

I believe we've talked about this before :-)... And basically the answer was
that this should be ignored. As multiplicities were implemented in TS, the
"0" multiplicity was created. It's been there since, regardless of what it
actually means.

Call it loose requirements at the time this was implemented :-(
