Title: .ann annotations files hidden by default in 0.4.5

Hi all,

To avoid confusion for users of annotations and avoid temptation to manual tweak .ann files, all annotations-related files will be hidden from Tigerstripe Explorer starting with 0.4.5.
This can be changed by a new entry in the Tigerstripe->Explorer preference page. (see Bug 259983 for details).
