Hi all,

To my knowledge, we are at a stage were I 
can safely tag/branch the HEAD for a 0.4.1 release. I am planning to do by 10am 
PST. 
Please let me know if this is a problem.

That branch will then 
be tested and no additional commit except for critical/major bug fixes should go 
in.
