[tigerstripe-dev] Pattern based projects

I have extended the use of patterns so that we can now define projects in patterns - this really just allows us to add annotations to the default Project.

 

The default behaviour is SLIGHTLY changed in that the toolbar item for projects is now a drop down - although by default it will only have one entry, so won't do any "dropping".
