Hi Eric,
I guess download servers are frozen due to Ganymede SR1 release (Server freeze: Sep 23, Public Access: Sep 24): http://wiki.eclipse.org/Ganymede
This happens a few times per year, so TS 0.4 is "lucky" to be released at same time :)

Hi All,
I posted the 0.4 release yesterday on the Eclipse site. I can see the files and everything when I ssh into it... But the download page seems to be frozen.
It doesn’t even show the nightly from last night.
Could you confirm that it’s not just my browser or something before I complain to Eclipse?
