[technology-projects] Eclipse Summit Europe proposals deadline approache

Hi Technology PMC-types and project members.

Eclipse Summit Europe 2009 will be held again this year in beautiful 
Ludwigsburg, Germany on October 27-29. The deadline to submit your 
proposals is August 18th. That date is not very far away.

I encourage you to submit a proposal about your project (and other 
topics of interest) sooner rather than later to ensure that your 
submission has adequate exposure to the selection committee.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask your 
friendly-neighbourhood PMC.
