[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Niklas Steinmann on Eclipse Qrisp has started 
A committer election for Niklas Steinmann on project Eclipse Qrisp
(technology.qrisp) was started by Raphael Seidel with this criteria:

Niklas did significant work on the QAOA Module. He implemented 7 different
QAOA Problem instances and did a lot of restructuring in the QAOAProblem
class. Additionally he implemented the docker backend collection and other
features.
