[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Kawtar Laariche on Eclipse Graphene has started

A committer election for Kawtar Laariche on project Eclipse Graphene
(technology.graphene) was started by Martin Welss with this criteria:
Kawtar Laariche works for Fraunhofer in the Eclipse Graphene Team and has
already made an impact on the project with her implementation of the login
forms landing pages.
She authored the following successful contributions to the angular-frontend
repository (https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/graphene/angular-frontend):
