[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Mihir Mehta on Eclipse Graphene™ has started

A committer election for Mihir Mehta on project Eclipse Graphene™
(technology.graphene) was started by Martin Welss with this criteria:
Mihir Bhavesh Mehta works for Fraunhofer in the Eclipse Graphene Team and has
already made an impact on the project with his implementation of the
automatic onborading and publication of models and pipelines.
He authored the following successful contributions to the eclipse-graphene
