[technology-pmc] Fwd: Subversive project

Dear PMC, 

it has been brought to our attention that the Subversive project seems to be dysfunctional. 

The PL step down at the end of July 2023 and the efforts from the committer Alexander Fedorov to become project lead have failed.

Your input on this matter would be highly appreciated.
