A committer election for Russ Poetker on project Eclipse Public Access Submission System (PASS) (technology.pass) was started by Mark Patton with this criteria: Russ Poetker recently started as a developer on the Eclipse Public Access Submission System (PASS) team and has already made an impact on the project. In particular he has been doing work porting older PASS components to the new framework.
