A committer election for Mark Hoffmann on project Eclipse sensiNact
(technology.sensinact) was started by Tim Ward with this criteria:

Mark Hoffmann recently started contributing to the Eclipse sensiNact project
and has already made an impact through his work on the related Jakarta
RESTful Web Services Whiteboard for OSGi.
