Re: [technology-pmc] Request assistance for Eclipse RDF4J

+1

While it's not an absolute requirement, our practice is to include an SPDX-License-Identifier tag in all file headers. Given that the project content is under the EDL 1.0, the tag would be something along these lines:

/*******************************************************************************
 * Copyright (c) 2015 Eclipse RDF4J contributors, Aduna, and others.
 * All rights reserved. This program and the accompanying materials
 * are made available under the terms of the Eclipse Distribution License v1.0
 * which accompanies this distribution, and is available at
 * http://www.eclipse.org/org/documents/edl-v10.php.
 *
 * SPDX-License-Identifier: BSD-3-Clause
 *******************************************************************************/

Again, it's not an absolute requirement, but it does make it considerably easier for potential consumers to use automation to detect the license. Please consider adding it.

Is it time to remove the archived repositories from the project's repository list?

I'll add some additional comments on the tracking issue. Please have a look there.
