A committer election for Tuan Duong Quang on project Eclipse sim@openPASS (technology.simopenpass) was started by Reinhard Biegel with this criteria: I want to nominate Tuan Duong Quang as a Committer for the sim@openpass project. Tuan contributed to the creation of the openPASS webpage and volunteered a lot of time to the project. He created well-formed issue reports, he has written commits and performed pull requests which ran through the review process (https://github.com/EclipseFdn/openpass.eclipse.org/pulls?q=author%3ATuanDQ-Tuev-Sued+). Within the review process he was in constant exchange with other contributors and committers. Based on his involvement many issues could be fixed (https://github.com/EclipseFdn/openpass.eclipse.org/issues?q=is%3Aissue+author%3ATuanDQ-Tuev-Sued+, enhancement of membership contact form, …) and were (to the best of my knowledge) also applied to the whole Eclipse Foundation ecosystem. Besides his contributions to the openPASS webpage, as a product manager he is moderating the steering committee meetings and thus is writing and uploading the meeting minutes to Eclipsepedia for over one year now.
