A committer election for Theodor Augustin Dumitrescu on project Eclipse Cargo Tracker (ee4j.cargotracker) was started by Reza Rahman with this criteria: Theo has already made a significant contribution to Cargo Tracker. He helped stabilize the project, update the unit tests and upgrade the front-end code. He helped triage, fix and close many issues. He is also active on the mailing list and issues - helping other contributors. Making him a commiter will help scale the project, make accepting contributions easier and better organize the project.
