[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Albert He on Eclipse SW360 has started

A committer election for Albert He on project Eclipse SW360
(technology.sw360) was started by Michael Jaeger with this criteria:
Dear sw360 community,
we mentioned it our stand ups recently and would like to nominate Albert from
SAP as committer for SW360. The committer status will enable him to work for
on opened pull requests and issues as well recognize his contributions for to
the project. Albert has not contributed two larger important features for
SW360 (data integration with Liferay CE and external multi Id management) but
also has contributed bug fixes to the code. He is also already a community
member, showing up in the sw360dev telcos. Therefore, it is a good
opportunity to win a committer for the project. Please do not hesitate to
contact me in case of questions.
