A committer election for Matthias Killat on project Eclipse iceoryx (technology.iceoryx) was started by Michael Pöhnl with this criteria: Matthias contributed with many commits and reviews to the iceoryx project. Indeed he was one of the most active reviewers of pull requests in the last months (e.g.https://github.com/eclipse/iceoryx/pull/189). With the multi-producer-multi-consumer queue (https://github.com/eclipse/iceoryx/issues/80, https://github.com/eclipse/iceoryx/blob/master/iceoryx_utils/include/iceoryx_utils/concurrent/lockfree_queue.hpp) he contributed an important building block for the iceoryx project that has a strong focus on high-performance lock-free code. With his knowledge and passion around the lock-free topic he is a perfect candidate for not only reviewing but also approving the multi-threading code being written in the project.
