Hi Mickael,

What I am pointing out is (my understanding of) the process change.  We don't need a release review for any kind of release more than once per year. This is what we are doing for CDT now, only once a year reviews, despite minor releases every quarter.

Yes, but this review isn't exactly a bug fix release only as it contain some noticeable improvements compared to previous one.

So I made it a minor release, which requires a review.

I agree we could save a few days by just saying it's a Service release, but as we have some margin and I'm confident about the review passing in the end (maybe after some discussion, but no blocker is to be expected), I find it nice to make a review to highlight the dynamic of the project to our PMC.
