Well I have only little free time to spare, but if volunteering does not automatically mean having to dedicate a day a week to PMC tasks I'm happy to contribute where I can :) Many hands make light work!

Some PMCs (eg., RT-PMC) operate by requiring projects to have a PMC member. We cannot do that because a lot projects in Technology are incubating and requiring them to participate in the PMC could be overwhelming.

Did I read it correctly that you are volunteering yourself to participate? :)

May I ask: what's involved in being on the Technology PMC, and who is eligible for being on it? What I'm getting at is: is there some way I could help out? I know generally speaking there's elections for PMC members, but I'm aware the details differ between the various top-level projects.
