[technology-pmc] PMC approval for SWTBot release 2.8.0
Dear PMC Members,

We'd like to request PMC approval for the SWTBot 2.8.0 minor release that is
scheduled to coincide with Eclipse 2019-06.

The project's IP Log has been submitted [1]. The release is tracked with bug [2]. The release record can be found at [3].
