(technology.sumo) was started by Michael Behrisch with this criteria:

Angelo is a member of the SUMO team at DLR and is going to migrate the
documentation in our github repository and thus needs committer access. He
has already a successful record in creating the openMobility web site
https://openmobility.eclipse.org/ and created a first proof of concept for
the SUMO docs at https://github.com/angelobanse/sumo-documentation2
