We'll schedule this review in the April 3/2019 slot.

Regarding the simultaneous release, there's some help in the handbook. There's more here. 

FWIW, we're working on some changes to the IP Policy and due diligence process that we're hopeful will make timing more predictable.

I would like to make Eclipse Passage a part of SimRel starting from "2019-06".
The plan was to release "2019-03"-based version 0.4.0 at the end of March as a stable ground, and then create version 0.5.0 with PDE integration during next 2-3 months.

Now I see that I need to change the plans but have no idea how long the CQ approving can take.

Please advise.
