[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Kalle Soranko on Eclipse SW360 has started

A committer election for Kalle Soranko on project Eclipse SW360
(technology.sw360) was started by Michael Jaeger with this criteria:
Dear Committer Colleagues,
I would like to nominate Kalle for being a committer to the eclipse/sw360
project for a number of reasons:
* he contributed pull requests already
* he contributed tests and reviews
* we have had him regularly in our bi-weekly dev telcos
* he did presentations about sw360
... since more than 6 months now.
The committer status is a good development for him enable to support
contributions, issues and pull requests more efficiently. And last but not
least it is acknowledging his contributions to the project. Please do not
hesitate to contact me in case of questions.
