A committer election for Stefan Leibig on project Eclipse openK User Modules
(technology.openk-usermodules) was started by  Jonas  Tewolde with this
criteria:

Stefan Leibig has been working on this user module serveral months now. He
knows the requirments and the customers needs by heart. He might take more
responsibility after the initial development phase and should now be able to
work as a full member and committer.
