A committer election for Jan Gerste on project Eclipse openK User Modules
(technology.openk-usermodules) was started by Thorsten Jaspert with this
criteria:

Jan Gerste has been helping us to create Unit tests since nearly three months
now. He knows the environment, the code and the requirments by heart. As he
has been a valuable but "invisible" contributer, he should now be able to
work as a full member and committer.
