I'm trying to influence Angelo in that direction, with mitigated results.
It's important to acknowledge that taking care of this administrative part is not really motivating and that someone who's doing such critical and high-quality development on his spare time may not immediately react to administrative requests and may even intentionally rely on people who're paid for working on Eclipse IDE and do consume their work on product-grade work (like me) to do this annoying pieces of work ;)
And the other way round, at the moment, I feel it's better to let Angelo focusing on code than annoying him with the governance effort, so I'm not aggressively sending him requests on this topic.
Having said that, maybe it would make sense to have me a co-lead on the project so it makes more official that I'm taking care of that part until I manage to convince Angelo that it's a cool thing for him to do.

On a side note, is your affiliation properly set up in Eclipse? It looks like your commits show up as non RedHat commits.
