Re: [technology-pmc] release review docs for Eclipse Tycho

I see that you've already announced the 1.2 release on Twitter. The EDP requires that a project engage in a successful Release Review before announcing and disseminating a release. The process requires that you engage in the review process two weeks ahead of the review date. Since we now have all of the pieces required for a successful review, I'll not ask you to withdraw the release. In the future, please engage in the process at least a full week in advance of your planned release date.

Note that we only run reviews on the first and third Wednesday of the month. Note also that the Eclipse Architecture Council is considering some changes to the release and review requirements outlined in the EDP.
