[technology-pmc] Committer Election for Marion Jost on Eclipse IoT-Testware has started 
A committer election for Marion Jost on project Eclipse IoT-Testware
(technology.iottestware) was started by Axel Rennoch with this criteria:

Marion is a member of our developer team at Fraunhofer FOKUS
(https://www.xing.com/profile/Marion_Jost8/cv).
She contributed already to the test purposes for iot-testware for coap:

Marion passed the TTCN-3 trainings at our premises and now is developiing the
corresponding TTCN-3 code for iottestware.
