Re: [technology-pmc] Project Lead election for Michael Behrisch on Eclipse SUMO

This election is not necessary.

Unfortunately, we have a bit of a hole in our process that sometimes results in this state (generally this happens when the new project lead doesn't already have an Eclipse Foundation Account when the project creation occurs).

I've appointed Michael into the role.

I'll delete the election record. Please advise the members of the sumo-dev mailing list.

A project lead election for Michael Behrisch on project Eclipse SUMO
(technology.sumo) was started by Robert Hilbrich with this criteria:

Michael has been project lead and core developer for SUMO during the last
years (see [1]). He is a vital part of our research group at the German
Aerospace Center in Berlin. His role as a project lead has been described as
part of the initial project proposal [2], but unfortunately, he was only
added to the list of committers by the internal processes @ Eclipse. We would
like to fix this with this election.
