Re: [technology-pmc] Committer Election for Mickael Istria on Eclipse LSP4E has started

I've already asked the webmaster to investigate.

For completeness, the provisioning process does not assume that folks listed as project leads on a proposal are also committers. This is one of the things that I normally check and fix, but--obviously--this one slipped through the cracks. I have a bug open to fix this.

Wayne, how come that Mickael is not a committer but allowed to merge Gerrit contributions? I think that's where my confusion is coming from.
