A project lead election for Angelika Wittek on project Eclipse MDM|BL
(technology.mdmbl) was started by Alexander Nehmer with this criteria:
Angelika is currently the projects Toolkit Manager, but in fact she led the
project the last 2 months. From an organizational perspective she does this
by coordinating our Scrum process, managing in general the requirements
process, representing our development team at official events, encouraging us
to be visible to the public, e.g. by doing a hackathon at EclipseCon and
dealing with the stakeholders of this project, i.e. the working groups
driving members. Moreover she is totally involved in technical decisions (not
to say making some), shapes our development process (code reviews, builds
etc.) and also brings in new ideas like thinking about using Eclipse
Collections, Eclipse NonNull-Annotations or tools like Eclipse Ease.
