Dear Technology PMC,

Unfortunately, we've identified a blocker for Oxygen RC4, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=518336.

Due to leftover test code, the new Nature Discovery dialog in MPC will trigger for every new/reopened project that has the Java nature. This constitutes a major usability issue, so we'd like to ask for a respin for Oxygen RC4.
