James Leigh was nominated by Jeen Broekstra as follows:
James Leigh is a longstanding member of the RDF4J/Sesame community, with
heaps of experience in various aspects of the project. Among other things
he is the main developer of the optimistic locking functionality for the
native and main memory stores, and one of the chief architects of the
transaction isolation level design. In short: he knows his onions.

Recently James has become active again as a contributor on the RDF4J
project, submitting various very useful bug fixes. His addition to the core
team of committers would be a great bonus for this project.
