Hey Gunnar; Thanks for letting us know. I have reviewed all CQs in "awaiting pmc" state to determine if there were others in a similar state of confusion. I did find one in IOT land. I'll keep an eye on things and file a bug if necessary. The CQs you referenced are back with us by way of "awaiting triage" rather than the "return to IP team" button and will be processed shortly!
