Hi, the recent vote brings me to the nomination of Kai. Since He will the
larger part of sw360rest to the mainline in future, it would be good to
have him as committer. Kicking off this now makes a lot of sense so we can
start the paperwork also for him which I guess will take some time at
Siemens.
