[technology-pmc] Discussion + approval for two works-with requests pleas

Hello PMC,

I filed two related works-with CQs for use of jmh (mini-benchmarking) a while ago:

However, there seems to be no progress on getting these approved, and I’m not sure what is required. Both CQs have been “+1”d by a PMC member, but it looks as if the legal team are expecting something else. 

Could someone please advise me on what must be done to get these CQs approved?
