[technology-pmc] approval needed to use github issues for OMR project?

Hi,

I'm the project lead for OMR, a new project underneath technology: 
https://projects.eclipse.org/proposals/omr

For reference, our "review" bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=485798

We are using github to store our code under the eclipse organization:
https://github.com/eclipse/omr

I have recently heard that, in order to use github issue trackers rather
than bugzilla, we should ask our PMC for approval. I am presenting at EclipseCON
at 11:45 EST this morning, and I was hoping to be able to officially mention
that we will be using github issues.

Is there any chance approval could be so quickly forthcoming? :)
