A project lead election for Ulyana Skorokhodova on project RCP Testing Tool
(technology.rcptt) was started by Andrey Sobolev with this criteria:

Since Ivan Inozemtsev reduced activity on RCPTT project and don't perform as
Project Leader anymore we need an new Project Leader.
My proposal is Ulyana Skorokhodova. She is actively working on project
support and vision. Perform all necessary communications with community.
So she will be good choice as a project leader for RCPTT.
